Our Hiring Process

To review job openings, click on the Search Jobs link in the menu above.  If you meet the qualifications for a position and wish to apply, follow the hiring process below:

  STEP 1 - Submit an application.

Click the APPLY NOW button at the bottom right of a job listing or click the Submit an Application link in the menu above.

STEP 2 - Police records check.

Some positions require that you submit a police records check from the county in which you reside.   You will be notified if this is the case.

For residents of Hamilton County, you can get this report from:

Hours: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, M-F

You must have a state-issued ID and $5.00 in cash.

You will be asked to mail, fax, or bring the report into the Human Resources office:

STEP 3 - Interview.

If you meet the above requirements, we will interview you and process your application in around 3 days.

We will obtain work references and may check your motor vehicle driving records.

STEP 4 - You're Hired!

If we extend a job offer to you, you will need to pass a Department of Transportation physical with drug screening.

We will also obtain a Driver Record Service Report and BCI check.
